Link Collections and Link URL sources
Save a link once and reuse it across pages.
Link Collections are a private, reusable library of links. Save a link once, then pick it on any MyLink page instead of retyping the URL. Editing a Collection link updates every page that uses it.
Create a Collection link
- Go to MyLinks -> Collection -> Add New.
- Give it a title and enter the destination URL.
- Publish it.
Use it on a page
On a Link row, open the Link URL search and start typing. Collections, posts, pages and products all appear; choose one to fill the Selected URL.
Choose which post types the picker searches
Under MyLinks -> Settings -> Tools -> Link URL Sources, tick the post types the Link URL search should include. Posts and Pages are on by default, plus Products when WooCommerce is active, and new public post types appear automatically as plugins register them. Link Collections are always included, and the search covers your whole site rather than a short preloaded list.
