Getting started with the External Marketplace Buttons is so easy and very straightforward. Following the following step-by-step guide:
Purchase & Download
- Visit the Plugin Store
- Go to the External Marketplace Buttons product page.
- Navigate to External Marketplace Buttons product page
- Choose Your License
- License: $49/year per website
- Complete the purchase process
- Download the Plugin
- After purchase, you’ll receive an email with:
- Download link for the plugin ZIP file
- Your license key
- Your registered email address
- Download the
external-marketplace-buttons.zipfile
- After purchase, you’ll receive an email with:
Installation
Method 1: WordPress Admin Upload (Recommended)
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins → Add New
- Click Upload Plugin at the top
- Click Choose File and select the downloaded ZIP file
- Click Install Now
- After installation, click Activate Plugin
Method 2: FTP Upload
- Extract the ZIP file on your computer
- Connect to your server via FTP
- Upload the
external-marketplace-buttonsfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Go to Plugins in WordPress admin
- Find “External Marketplace Buttons” and click Activate
License Activation
After activation, you’ll need to activate your license to unlock all features.
- Access the Plugin Settings
- Go to EM Buttons in the WordPress admin menu
- You’ll be directed to the License tab automatically
- Enter Your License Details
- Email Address: Enter the email used during purchase
- License Key: Enter your license key from the purchase confirmation email
- Activate the License
- Click Activate License
- Wait for verification (usually takes a few seconds)
- Upon success, you’ll see “License Active” status
- What’s Included with Your License
- Full access to all plugin features
- 1 year of automatic updates
- Priority support
- Access to new marketplaces as they’re added
Note: Without a valid license, all plugin features will be locked. You can only access the License tab until activation.
