Navigate to EM Buttons → Import/Export to backup or restore settings.

Exporting Settings

Method 1: Download JSON File

  1. Click Download JSON File
  2. File downloads automatically
  3. Save the file in a secure location

Method 2: Copy JSON Data

  1. Click Show JSON Data
  2. JSON appears in a text area
  3. Click Copy to Clipboard
  4. Paste into a text file or send to another site admin

Importing Settings

  1. Paste your JSON data into the text area
  2. Click Import Settings
  3. Confirm the import warning
  4. Settings are applied immediately

  • Plugin version
  • Export timestamp
  • All display settings
  • All marketplace configurations
  • Custom CSS and JavaScript
  • Tracking settings

Tip: Always export your current settings before importing new ones.
