Troubleshooting

Having issues with the External Marketplace Buttons? Try the following troubleshooting solutions:

Buttons Not Showing

Check these items:

  1. ✅ License is activated
  2. ✅ Marketplace is enabled in settings
  3. ✅ Product has at least one marketplace URL
  4. ✅ URL is valid (starts with http:// or https://)

Buttons Look Wrong

Solutions:

  1. Clear any caching plugins
  2. Check for CSS conflicts with your theme
  3. Try a different button style
  4. Use Custom CSS to override styles

License Activation Failed

Common causes:

  1. Incorrect email address
  2. Typo in license key
  3. License already activated on another site
  4. Network/firewall blocking the license server

Solution: Contact support with your purchase details.

Import Not Working

Check:

  1. JSON data is valid (no extra characters)
  2. JSON is from the same plugin
  3. You have admin permissions

Custom CSS Not Applying

Try:

  1. Add !important to your CSS rules
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Check for syntax errors in your CSS
  4. Ensure you clicked “Save”
