What Indonesian Banks for WooCommerce Pro does
Indonesian Banks for WooCommerce Pro is a WooCommerce add-on that handles the work after a customer chooses bank transfer: chasing the ones who have not paid, accepting payment confirmations, and matching credits on your bank statement to the orders waiting for them.
It extends the free Indonesian Banks for WooCommerce plugin and does not replace it, the free plugin keeps presenting your account details and taking the money.
How payments are matched
Credits reach the plugin three ways, and all three run through the same matcher under the same rules: a webhook from a mutation service, a CSV exported from your banking app, or lines typed or pasted by hand.
A credit settles an order only when the amount is exact, exactly one order is waiting for it, and that credit has not been used before.
Anything ambiguous is held for a person to decide.
Automatic matching starts in report-only mode.
It records what it would have done and changes nothing until you switch it to settling.
What you set up
- Install and activate the free plugin, version 1.1.0 or newer.
- Upload this plugin under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and activate it.
- Enter your licence key on the License tab, the last tab under Indonesian Banks.
- Switch on reminders, the confirmation page, and incoming payments as you need them. Every setting sits beside the free plugin’s own.

What Indonesian Banks for WooCommerce Pro does not do
It does not read PDF bank statements.
Five Indonesian banks and wallets were checked and produced five different layouts, one of them images only; guessing at those would settle real orders on bad data.
Export CSV from your banking app instead, or paste the lines.
It is also not a payment gateway, there are no virtual accounts and no settlement, and money moves from your customer’s bank to yours exactly as it does now.
If your licence lapses
Nothing automatic runs, and nothing already recorded is lost.
Your orders, deposits and confirmations stay as they are, checkout carries on with the free plugin’s behaviour, and you can still open and export your list of waiting transfers.
Renewing resumes where it stopped.
Requirements
This is an add-on. It needs the free plugin installed and active:
- Indonesian Banks for WooCommerce 1.1.0 or newer — free on WordPress.org. Version 1.1.0 is the release that opened the extension API this add-on is built on; the plugin checks the version at runtime and stays dormant with a notice rather than breaking a store that updated in the wrong order.
- WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.2+, PHP 7.4+.
- A store selling in IDR.
One licence activates one site. Activations can be released from the License tab and moved to another site at any time.
