New Feature

• Pending transfers dashboard, every unpaid manual order on one screen, oldest first, with the exact amount to look for and the account it should have arrived in. Filter by method, status and age, settle orders one at a time or in bulk, and export the list as CSV.
• Payment reminders and automatic cancellation, remind customers after a set number of hours, and cancel orders nobody ever paid for so their stock goes back on sale. Both are off until you switch them on, and customers are shown the deadline in advance.
• Payment confirmation form, a *konfirmasi pembayaran* page on your own site, with an optional proof-of-transfer upload. Confirmed orders are flagged where you will see them.
• Confirm by WhatsApp, a button that opens a chat with the order number, amount and method already written, with an editable message template.
• Automatic payment matching, credits arriving by webhook are matched against waiting orders on amount, unique payment code and destination account, and can settle them for you. Report-only mode by default, with every decision logged.
• Incoming payments by CSV or paste, upload a statement exported from your banking app, or paste the lines in. Column names are recognised in Indonesian and English, and a sample CSV shows the layout that parses most cleanly. Anything ambiguous waits for you to decide rather than guessing.
• Daily summary email, one message each morning with what is waiting, what it comes to, how long the oldest has waited, and who says they have already paid. Silent on days with nothing to report.
• Dynamic QRIS, a per-order QR code with the amount already in it, generated from your existing QRIS code. No provider account and no per-transaction fee.
• Down payments, accept a deposit now and the balance later, as a percentage or a fixed sum, configured per payment method.
• Multiple accounts per method, hold several accounts for one bank and rotate between them in turn, at random, or consistently per order.
• Rules and conditions, make a method available only above or below a given total, in chosen countries, for chosen product categories or customer roles, and add a fixed or percentage fee where you need one.
• Multi-vendor support for Dokan and WCFM, a vendor's own bank details are shown on their own orders, with mixed-vendor orders falling back to the shop's account rather than paying the wrong person.
• Hide account details once an order is settled or cancelled, so an old email stops being a live invitation to transfer money.
• REST API and WP-CLI, list what is pending and settle orders from your own scripts or the command line, authenticated with WordPress application passwords.
