Payment confirmation
Let customers tell you they have paid, on your site or over WhatsApp.
A konfirmasi pembayaran form on your own site lets customers report a transfer, with an optional proof-of-transfer upload. A WhatsApp button does the same thing in a chat, with the order number, amount and method already written. Confirmed orders are flagged on Pending Transfers.
The confirmation page
Switching the feature on creates the page. Link it from your menu, your order emails, or both. Deleting the plugin moves that page to the trash.
Proof uploads
Uploaded receipts are stored privately. They are not listed by the WordPress media endpoint and are not readable without logging in. Update to 1.0.2 or newer if you have the confirmation form switched on, because earlier versions saved them with the default status.
Confirming over WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with a message template you can edit, already carrying the order details. It suits stores whose customers are already messaging them, and it needs no page and no form.
A confirmation is a claim, not a payment
Nothing about a submitted confirmation proves money arrived. The setting that moves a confirmed order to Processing is off by default for that reason: Processing counts as paid and releases downloadable products. Leave it off unless you know why you want it on, and settle from your statement instead.
