Troubleshooting
The problems that come up most, and what causes them.
Most reports fall into a handful of causes: the payment code switched off, a currency other than rupiah, or a method that is on in one screen but not the other. Work down this page before opening a ticket.
The method does not appear at checkout
- Check it is switched on under Indonesian Banks, Payment Methods, and that it has an account number saved.
- Check WooCommerce, Settings, Payments agrees. It is the same data, so a difference means the page was not saved.
- With Pro, check Rules and conditions. A rule limiting the method by total, country, category or role will hide it when the cart does not qualify.
Two customers were asked for the same amount
The unique payment code is switched off, or its range is too narrow for the number of orders you have waiting at once. See Unique payment code.
The copied amount is wrong
Update to 1.1.0 or newer. Earlier versions could place a truncated figure on the clipboard when the amount was not a whole number.
The plugin is in English on an Indonesian site
Update the free plugin to 1.1.0 or newer. Earlier versions relied on WordPress finding the bundled translation from the plugin header, which it does not do, so Indonesian strings did not load on the front end.
Pro features are missing from the settings screen
Check the License tab. Reminders, Confirmation and Incoming Payments only register their tabs while a licence is active. Pending Transfers stays visible either way, so you can always see and export what is waiting.
Debug logging
The free plugin can write a debug log and adds a section to WooCommerce, Status. Switch logging on before reproducing a problem, then include the relevant lines when you write to support.
