Basic Settings
The single product button: position, text, message contents, link behavior, and base URLs.
The Basic tab controls the button on single product pages and the message labels shared by other areas. Tick Enable WhatsApp Button, pick a number, and save; everything else refines how the button looks and what the message says.
Button position
Five positions are available: After Add to Cart (the default, beside or under the cart button), Under Add to Cart, After Short Description, After Single Product Summary, and Around Product Share Area. If your theme redraws the cart area with Ajax and the button misbehaves, try another position before anything else.
Link type
The default is a standard link tag. The JavaScript onClick Event alternative exists for themes whose Ajax add-to-cart handling swallows normal link clicks.
Base URLs
WhatsApp links can be built three ways, and you choose per device: for mobile, api.whatsapp.com (default) or the whatsapp:// protocol; for desktop, web.whatsapp.com (default), api.whatsapp.com, or the protocol. The Force Using wa.me switch overrides both and uses https://wa.me/ everywhere, which is the easiest cure for device-specific link trouble.
Message contents
The message opens with your custom text, then the product name, price, and URL. You can exclude the price, exclude the URL, or show the regular and sale price together (the regular price appears struck through in WhatsApp). The labels used across all messages (Price, URL, Quantity, Total, Discount, Payment, Tax, and the closing thank-you line) are editable on this tab, so the whole message can be in your language.
Other options
- Open in New Tab: open the chat in a new browser tab.
- Force Full-Width: stretch the button to the container width.
