Product Settings
Per-product overrides in the product editor: number, text, message, and button visibility.
Every product can override the global settings from its own edit screen. Open the product, find the OneClick tab in the Product data box, and set what this product should do differently.
The options
- Assign a Number? plus a dropdown: send this product’s chats to a specific number, such as a department or a person who owns that product line.
- Button Text and Custom Message: override the Basic tab values for this product only.
- Hide WhatsApp button?: no button on this product, whatever the global settings say.
- Hide Add to Cart button?: chat-only ordering for this product.
- Force Show Add to Cart button?: keep the cart button on this product even when the Display tab hides it storewide.
Per-product values always win over tab-level settings. This is the tool for mixed stores where some products sell through checkout and others through conversation.
