Display and placement
Where buttons appear, how they look, and who sees them.
Where buttons appear
Placement is set globally at EM Buttons → Display. On a single product page the buttons can sit above or below Add to Cart, after the product summary, or nowhere automatic at all when you would rather place them yourself.
Turning on the archive option adds a compact version of the buttons under each product in shop and category grids.
Styling
Three button styles are available: filled, outline and minimal. Layouts run from a single column to two, three or four across, and three sizes are available. Icons can be switched off entirely, and buttons open in a new tab by default.
Placing them yourself
Three manual placements are available, and all three respect the same settings as the automatic ones.
- Shortcode:
[marketplace_buttons]inside a product, or[marketplace_buttons product_id="123"]anywhere else. - Block: search for Marketplace Buttons in the block inserter.
- Elementor: the Marketplace Buttons widget, under the WooCommerce category.
Controlling who sees them
Visibility rules limit the buttons to everyone, to logged-in users only, or to guests only, and can be narrowed further to chosen user roles. A separate setting shows the buttons only while a product is out of stock, with a heading you write yourself, which turns an unavailable product into a link somewhere it can still be bought.
